The Cayman Islands was recently included on the grey list by the OECD report on offshore tax havens. Does it mean that one of the most reliable countries for offshore banking has lost its positions?

Probably no, there are many reliable jurisdictions on this “grey” list Smile however their Financial Services Association is also concerned over country's reputation, and expressed disappointment to be included on the list.
