| Is this true that incorporation in Seychelles is becoming more and more popular? What are the reasons for it? |

| Maybe, the reason is that SIBA is very active in promoting this offshore jurisdiction as well as legislators and Seychelles government are creating good legal base for company use, including double taxation agreements. |

| Recently, due to the promotion and the good legal base, the jurisdiction has been placed among 40 countries on the white list by the OECD - along with the US, UK, Canada, Sweden, France, and other developed countries. |
