Dear friends, I see many BVI offshore company around. I would like to see different between BVI company vs HK company.

What is good for doing HK trading, what is good and bad for international banking, what is good and bad between both BVI and Hong Kong?

Thank you very much.

British Virgin Island IBC is a private corporation which is exempt from the BVI income tax, tax on dividends, interest, rents and royalties. Such company is suitable for virtually any international business activity. BVI is therefore known as popular tax haven for financial companies, in addition to other advantages such as secrecy, provision against confiscation, structural flexibility etc. There are many resources describing BVI IBCs more in detail. Hope it helps.

How to say. It is both easy and not so easy. Normally you should provide:
- the name, address and occupation of each beneficial owner of the company;
- the name, address and occupation of each director of the company;
- reference letter from a bank or professional service organisation in respect of each beneficial owner;
- certified passport copies for each beneficial owner and director;
- detailed description of the business.
For BVI company usually there is stricter requirements.

If you provide all the required information the incorporation should be very easy. Just pay and get your docs.
